A brief overview of this years activities highlighting the progress of our projects. We've achieved significant milestones in our agroforestry model, continuing to building our relationship with the Community Sustainable Resource Centre (CSRC) who are also now assisting us in creating a more permanent presence in Nepal; they are a longstanding development organization and it is of great benefit to New Growth to have the experience and knowledge. This collaboration allows us to expand our projects further, empowering farmers and advocating for their land rights, thus directly benefiting communities. Our approach emphasizes the harmony between nature and community, crucial for building resilient communities capable of preserving their ecosystems.

We're continuing to actively collaborate with communities in Nepal to manage and protect land and forests. In Simthali, Sitraim, and Rams', ongoing development initiatives showcase various innovative projects, from incense making to rhododendron tea production with a big emphasis on building stoves in the homes in Simthali as up till now cooking was on open fire places with smoke filling home regularly. Every stove building and every tree planted improves the lives of the community. We're excited to share three remarkable innovations from different projects. In Simthali Subtropical, our program revitalizes community forests with native plants and donated fruit/nut trees. Expanding to tropical lower Simthali, we aim to replicate success by collaborating with locals for resilient ecosystems and community well-being.

In Shalme, and in Newartole, our partnership with CSRC focuses on replanting community forests and providing fruit and nut trees and we have continued that. We aim to expand our efforts to encompass "Passing the Gift" and empowerment initiatives in the region, supporting communities in a similar process of ecological restoration and sustainable development.
