The main object for which the charity is established is to prevent and relieve poverty in the country of Uganda by the provision to persons, communities and families living in Uganda (such persons, communities and families to be chosen at the discretion of the trustees and who may change from time to time) necessary resources for the direct relief of poverty.

In furtherance exclusively of the foregoing, the Charity shall provide to persons, communities and families living in Uganda (such persons, communities and families to be chosen at the discretion of the trustees and who may change from time to time) necessary resources for:

(i) the advancement of education at primary, secondary and third levels;

(ii) the promotion of sustainable development; and

(iii) the protection, enhancement and rehabilitation of the environment and to promote study and research in such
