Enclude’s core mission remained passionately committed to supporting Irish charities by providing affordable technology solutions and services to enhance their capacity, operational efficiency, and impact, to increase their digital awareness and to better equip them in today’s challenging landscape.
We placed a strong focus on innovation, facilitating the continued development of sector-wide technology solutions to enable efficiencies across sectors. Our new eStart, eFundraising and eService package offerings are designed to give charities an easy and affordable starting point on their digital CRM journey.
In 2024, we completed 75 CRM projects and provided direct Membership Support to 268 client charities across a range of activities. We assisted with the capacity building of members’ staff in 143 client charities through the provision of 46 System Admin training courses. We also delivered Data Quality Training and provided 61 bespoke User Training sessions to 50 Organisations during the year. This year we developed and launched our Essentials training series providing training on Data Quality, Data Governance and GDPR, providing training to 146 attendees.
Our Technology Donations Programme supported 367 organisations to avail of a range of donated and discounted tools from our technology partners. Leveraging a small training grant from Dell through the TechSoup programme we undertook a digital training and capacity building exercise with a number of Domestic Violence and Traveller support organisations.
2024 was our inaugural offering of the TechSoup Meet and Code programme. This exciting community-based programme seeks to build the digital skills of young people. The programme was an enormous success with 25 Irish nonprofits receiving small grants to design and deliver local digital training events for young people.
