The main object of the Trust is, by such means as are charitable, to promote the learning of a varied range of musical skills and music appreciation and to promote the development of proficiency and enjoyment in musical skills and performance and of music composition and appreciation;

The main object of the Trust is, by such means as are charitable, to promote the learning of a varied range of musical skills and music appreciation and to promote the development of proficiency and enjoyment in musical skills and performance and of music composition and appreciation;

a.) To provide such assistance as the Trustees may from time to time think fit for the provision of musical educational facilities.

b.) To support the development of the efficiency of the Artane Bands and any other musical group, band, or orchestra that may in due course be established by the Artane School of Music.

c.) To provide assistance to boys and girls or other persons who are students of the Artane School of Music by the provision of training or instruction, in order to develop musical capacities.

d.) To provide assistance for the training of teachers, youth leaders or other persons engaged or to be engaged in the provision of musical education, leadership, development, or instruction to children an other persons.

e.) To provide assistance for instrumentation required for the furtherance or development of musical education of performance by students of the Artane School of Music.

f.) To provide for the reasonable needs and assistance of those who serve or have served the main objects of the charity and to provide them with the necessary resources required in the performance of their duty in keeping with the main objects of the charity PROVIDED ALWAYS that no part of the capital or income of the Trust fund may be distributed to any person by way of profit or dividend.

g.) To provide scholarship exhibitions or prizes to persons who are or have been students instructed or examined or trained in the Artane School of Music.

h.) To provide assistance to other bodies involved in charitable works having main objects similar to the Trust.

i.) To provide assistance for any other purpose which the Trustees deem to be beneficial to the Artane School of Music having regard to the main objects of the Trust.

PROVIDED ALWAYS that at all times the Trustees shall carry out the aforesaid purposes and objects of the Trust
